Now listen up piggies one and all,

Here your wise Uncle Sparky will impart some words of wisdom do you all and it will benefit to you all to listen carefully to what I have to share with you all.

Do not wake your mummy up at half 6 demanding breakfast, it really isn't a good plan unless you want to be faced with a very grumpy mummy telling you to "shut up". Still we got our own way and we have not only had brekkie but have been presented with clean freshly laundered beds a been cleaned out

Love Uncle Sparky

Sounds familiar, except I woke piggles up this morning :)). Makes a chance rolleyes, they also got freshly cleaned cages! xx

Yep - I was up at 5 this morning - just to check the babies were ok and a pair of boys that are bonding were still happy when JohnnyPig demanded his pepper and cuddles. I did get my face kissed all over and my neck snuggled so a fair swap I think.

Would it be ok to post his pic here? - don't want to hijack your thread - mind you that would be very hard with Uncle Sparky on his throne, lording it over us all this morning.

Gosh you lot were at it early!

I fed mine at 7ish but have to house sit for my mum so the cleaning has to wait.

Please feel free to add your photos, all photos welcome on this thread. It is good to see photos of other piggies

Thanks - here's my lord and master JohnnyPig, simply the most fabulous piggy I've ever encountered. Never leaving me as I'm completely smitten and so is he. He does earn his place by being an 'uncle' to any baby boys when they have to leave their mummies. He's such a darling that they learn good manners and are much easier to introduce to another male after living with him. He's not neutered - I stopped neutering altogether after too many UTI's. He has the best kissy piggy lips.

hehe! Typical piggie :P I was ten mins late the other day for brekkie rounds and little Harvey was causing a huge fuss - sat in his food bowl wheeking loudly! If he could tap impatiently he would :) hehe!

Ah ha! I had long suspected from your avatar that it was really a guinea pig posting under this user name. :)):))

Awwww bless- how cute :)

My girls only start wheeking for breakfast once they know we're up- mind you I'm dead to the world when I'm asleep so i wouldn't know if they were wheeking anyway :))

Its good to hear from you all, Johnypig is beautiful, we decided not to wake mummy this morning-we thought she required a degree of kindness after waking at 3am needing a cuppa only to discover there was a powercut.

Thought the sight of mummy emerging from the dark with a torch was a pretty nerving sight it has to be said, even more nerving when she emerged with out one.

:(|):(|):(|) oooooooooooh whee love that idea Uncle Sparky! now how's do whee get her to hear us from down below :{
it's ok tho, she sometimes comes down thru the night when whee zzz just to check on us :) she well trained eh!

for you Uncle Sparky xoxoxoxo

I always sleep with my window open so the piggies usually wake me :) The boys start and then the girls squeak back to them! Thank God the rabbits can't make noise! (Well not much.)

Then the crows come along for their morning feed of cat food rolleyes and make a racket.

Then the dogs bark to be let out of their night time pen. And if I ignore them for a while then Sophie the puppy will cry and I have to get up because she sounds like she's in pain and I have to make sure she's ok!

And Tanora the cat will often meow right under my window!

I adore that picture of Sparky!

Sadly, the tribe has to wait until mummy is coming downstairs, but we have learned to know when she is getting up, so we can make a crush at the bars for her to let us out for breakfast!

Mind you, we don't do it for daddy - he's such a disappointment when it comes to feeding! mallethead
