I've been watching this excellent programme all week. In one episode they had to induce a dog, or it may of been a cat (I forget), to urinate and they had it stood on some kind of waterproof pad. I was wondering what these pads are and if they would be useful to line a hutch with.

Does anybody know what they are, or maybe use them for their own piggies. Any information would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Sounds like you're talking about puppy pads, some of our members use them. ;)

They are called puppy training pads and are available in tescos, wilkos and pet shops plus other places. My wife got them for our puppy years ago to train him.

I use puppy training pads with my pigs. They work great!

I get them from the £1 shop and I need 3 too fill my C&C cage. They actually last quite a long time with daily spot cleaning of course!

I personally recommend!

Thank you for the replies. I hadn't heard of these before, never owning a dog, they seem like a good idea. I will give them a try.
