Ok so my two male guinea pigs have been fighting with each other a little lately and ive only started them on grass again could this be the cause of there fighting because about three weeks ago they got grass every day and would fight with each other and then i had no time to collect grass for about a week and the fighting ended but now i got them some grasd and now there fighting again is this just quintessence or could they be fighting because of grass like they get lots of grass so its not like they are fighting for a little bit but could the grass be the cause of there fighting if so i will stop feeding it to them

It’s very unlikely to be the actual grass. There are other factors that cause boys to fight, such as their age and if they are hitting teenage years. How old are they?
Also the cage size. How big is their cage?
Are they fighting at any time or only when you give them grass? When you feed them the grass do you spread it out and not just put it in one pile?

Hi! I don't think it is the grass as such, more the fact that both want to have it all. It doesn't take a lot to spark another go when the body is singing with testosterone! :(

Please read this guide here. It sounds like your boys have hit the teenage months. You will find the guide very helpful:
Boars: Teenage, Bullying, Fighting, Fall-outs And What Next?

They have a big c&c cage i spread the grass out and they are 14 weeks old

Sounds like the testicles have started to descend... and the teenage months are hitting! :(

Please take the time to read the links in my last post. They tell you in detail how the teenage months run (it has its more difficult spikes), what behaviours to look out for, what you can do to remove potential flash points as much as possible and how you can check when a bond is no longer working and what your options are if you have to split them up.
