About the garlic smell

So today when I clean the bottle, there is the strong garlic smell near it. I am worried that smell be inside the bottle and will be there forever and be concentrated in the closed bottle. Could you please give me an answer of it?

Will the smell be inside the bottle if I rinse it and contact in the air that the smell is. It is like I rinse it to clean the bottle and I fill the water. Will it be fine if it is like exposed in the air and sometimes the bottle is moving?
