Abs and Alvins vist to the vet today

Hi All

Not been on in such a long long while

Today we took abs and Abs and Alvin to the vet to get their nails clipped ( I still dont feel comfortable doing this) and just to get them checked over.

Vet was really please with them and said that they looked great, I didnt expect to get spoken to much once we got home but they havent seem to leave me alone all day every time i walk by one of them starts talking to me and they even let me take a few pigtures today which doesnt normally happen so I thought I would share with yous x

As I have forgotten how to do his however I will be posting them on my profile once I submit this thread x

you have to have a photobucket or a flickr accout to do it, i find flickr easier, you upload your photos to that then you get the photo URL and put it in the picture tool part on the reply section,

Why dont you just clip your pigs nails yourself

I just cant do it I dont feel comfortable enough doing it and the slightest little noise from them I panic!

I wish I could just do it myself but I would rather just pay to have it done save me a heartattack lol x

Alvin is the fluffy one ( my daughter said he looked like a chipmunk when she first got him and it was the only film she would watch at the time)

Abs is the ginger and white one both are males and my daughter wanted to call him Abbie but that wouldnt go so we went with Abs

She has been on at us the past couple of weeks to get another one but we are trying to put her off the idea the now just cause it would mean buying a bigger cage and I dont know how the other 2 would react to it as they have there moments as it is!

don't worry i couldn't do our boys nails either i used to freak too! :{
once i got the girls tho i thought blast this i can do it! i still panick a bit but no where near as much.......they make so much noise (well one in particular) it sounds as if you're trying to murder them :... silly piggies eh :))
 
Your piggies are so cute. Glad to hear the vets visit went well.

I just cut my pig back nails today. Hate doing it.I think Charlie was just as nervous as I was. And yes he did some squawking too.. LOL Poor pig!
