Sweet little Anna, every time after I clean her abscess and give her her medicine, she puts her tiny paws on my finger and gives me a little nose touch!View attachment 96433

Still at it with this abscess, it is looking better and just producing some watery puss now, no more cheese lol. She has also gained most of her weight back.

To be honest I don't even think I separated Fred if I did it was probably just for the first few days. Even after operations I don't tend to keep them separate to long P was my longest and that was just due to the nature of the surgery it was about 7 days. I personally think she'd be fine to go back with the other as long as they don't lick the wound.

Full cage cleaning day is Sunday, so I guess I will open up the wall then and let her be with her buddies! I’ll have to take a video of Olaf and Anna reuniting, it might be really cute.

It’s a lot of work, Anna’s is starting to close up now and it’s just producing some liquid stuff, not the thick puss. If this thing comes back after all I have done for her I’ll be so mad. I am still flushing it and she is still on antibiotics. I guess I will flush until there is nothing to flush anymore to be on the safe side. It will be two weeks of flushing tomorrow and 3 weeks since her surgery.

Anna is doing great! Her abscess is just about all healed up. She enjoyed a little outside time today, she ate some grass and then cuddled up in her favorite human’s lap.
