About 2 months ago i came home to find my loan boar had tunneled out of his run and was happily eating grass in the girls pen.... I freakied and in deed posted on here... well it seems he got to one of my sows as she is preg, can feel the babs moving and the only reason i have 11 piggys is i was sold 2 from a petshop that wrongly sexed my little romeo, he proceeded to get two of my other girls preg....
anyways, I fell in love with piggys even more and learned loads on here about them and i kept all the babs, and I of course will keep all these ones too, hopefully she will only have 2!! (but i know she have 4!)
So thats my news, Hopefully you wont all shout at me, this was accidental and i know there are enough pigs in the world so hopefully u will all understand these things can happen... was actually too scared to post about this sad really.

It wasnt intentional though. Enjoy the new little lives, their guna be so cute :) Sounds like your boar is a right ladies man :smitten: hehe.

These things can happen! :) I bet he was feeling well pleased with himself after his little tunnelling adventure! I'm so pleased you will be keeping the babies. The main thing is they will be staying with you and will have a loving home. :smitten:
 
Thanks ! i must admit I'm looking foward to having babies again... I really hope she gives me more girls than boars tho! I adore my fellas but god they are hard work when the tennage months kick in and its all rumbling butt draggin and who can lift their head the highest competitions
 
Babies are so sweet, but give me boys everytime! I find my boys so funny and I love the way they compete with one another! Girls though, oh dear, I've had more problems with them than I've ever had with my boys! ;D They can be so spiteful and sneaky whereas the boys are so upfront about everything! Anyway you need a boy to live with daddy! :)
 
aw of course it isn't your fault accidents happen :) wow I bet daddy pig is pleased with himself, hope a boy is produced so he has a friend O0
 
I agree with you Debbie, boys are just fab! Girls are great but they aren't as bold or loving. Although my Amber is but I think she is an exception.

Clare, I remember saying to you when this happend that she probably won't be pregnant as it was only for a couple of hours. And I know we've talked about this and I'll say it again you've just been so unlucky. Look at me with mad boys Sunshine and Twinkle getting into Flora and Fleurs pen it was for a maximum of 15 hours and nothing happened! It's the luck of the draw, these things happen even with us owners who walk on egg shells with them! :)

like evryone has said its not your fault, boys will be boys ;) at least they will have a loving home.
 
;D Well, you've got a stud there! What can you do....if nature calls? He just listened and dug....

Oh Clare cant wait to see the newbies bless them. Hope they have a safe and easy arrival.

I know its just our camersa battery died so we have to order new one... i got videos though will have to try that....
at the moment all my firls live outside in a run/hutch set up... should i bring mummy and a friend back in just incase??
 
Piggies can be very sneeky. I'd be getting any boars neatured so nothing like this can happy again. I got my boys done and it was the ebst thing i did. Now lenny can run with my 5 girls and he loves it.

Well good luck with the birth, hope mum is ok and has no problems. hope all babs are well as well. I'd bring mum in just to make sure all is ok.

Can'r wait for pics. :)
 
i have two sets of bonded boars that work well and if the babies i have lots more boars when babies come i will consider nutering.... so they can all live happily and I cannott afford another accidental pregnancy... its not just the room or the momey its my consience.
