My guinea pig was walking around next to my chair and then I moved my foot off my recliner swung it down and accidentally hit my guinea pig. He is sat on my lap at the moment it seems alright but I know they can hide there pain well. I can't feel anything broken. He is not making the happy sound as loud as he usually does and his pulse is beating quite fast. What should I do

Hi! Put him back in the cage and give him time to settle down again. Keep any eye on him and if he is not right by tomorrow, then please see a vet promptly.

Unfortunately, freak accidents like this one can happen. They are called freak because you can't see them coming and therefore cannot prevent them. But they are as much of a shock for you as they are for the guinea pig! :(
