Recently about two days ago I noticed that my piggie runs away from me whenever I start to pet him. While I’m petting him, he suddenly just moves away :( WHY? This never happened before. He used to love head scratches. and he’s feistier than usual.

He's either reached teenage or he has become confident enough to tell you what he doesn't like.

So he’s about to turn 9 months. And he’s just the one atm. I’ve tried bonding him with other guineas VIA boar dating and it didn’t work out lol he was too aggressive then. I’ve had him for about 6-7 months now.

Welcome to the limit pushing age... like human teenagers, piggies tend to try and see how far they can push their companion at this age; especially the dominant ones.
