Added another little floor to my cage !

Hey, okay so today i thought that while cleaning out i would do something a little different to there cage and so, i used a paper sorting tray to create a new level, i got given a bunch of cable ties and after some frustration got it all connected It looks great and adds a little bit more space.
There isn't a ramp but it's low enough for them to jump up and down.

Bentley seems to enjoy this new floor more than Chester but i used a tea towel to cover it and just put a hay and one of there wooden chew toys up there.

I put a kitchen roll tube over the metal so they can't chew it, was a little worried about the metal

this is there other floor, has a ramp and is where all the food and water is, Chester seems to live up here, little fat pig !

And heres there whole cage as you can see it's got some crimbo dec's up, the lights say merry christmas and there out of the piggies way, and they have there stocking wich is full of christmas treats but shh don't tell the piggies !

I am currently looking for a larger cage for our girls so just out of curiosity is this cage large enough for two boars?

i wouldn't say for two full groan boars, no but mine are still young, this is probably the perfect cage for a pregnant piggy or a sow with her babies once they've been born, I'm saving up for a C&C cage i'd say they're best

That's really great that Bentley is loving the new level, maybe Chester is concerned about jumping up or down?
Good idea to cover the wire, don't they just love to chew everything!

haha, i just put Chester not wanting to go up down to the fact he's a lazy pig and doesn't do anything that takes effort, not even for food, i put hanging kebabs up in his cage and he doesn't eat them and when you try to get him to come towards you with food he just sits there and looks at you as if to say "why don't you come to me" very spoilt piggies!
Aha, anything new or that there not meant to chew my piggies seem to sink there teeth into -_- silly pigs !
