Adding A Loft! What Kind Ramp? Kitchen Area? Bedding?

I'm currently housing 2 girls in a 3x4 c&c and we are planning on adding a 1x4 loft. I'm just wondering your opinions on these:
  • Where can I buy a good ramp? (UK ONLY)
  • Could I make a ramp?
  • Should I make is a kitchen area?
  • Should I use a bedding such as aspen or carefresh for it?
  • Do you have any ideas on how else I could make a hay room without a loft?
Answers to any of the questions above will help a lot!
