Looking for advice, I have two young sows (one is four months and the other is five months) and I want to get a third sow that is a little under two months old, has anyone had any problems with a trio or the new one being left out?

Welcome.
Would it be possible to have a bonding trial to see if the three girls will get along? I feel as though they are quite young so getting them to live together might be easier.

No unfortunately, the two month old was posted on craigslist and seems to be in a very bad living situation so I’m wanting to get her out of there ASAP, I’m just concerned after reading about trios not working out well and she’s the only female they have left or else I would take another.

Do you have the space and funds for two pairs if it doesn't work out? Ideally you would quarantine this piggy for two weeks away from your existing pair and then do a bonding session on neutral ground. Sows can be awkward when they decide they aren't accepting another so it's impossible to know what will happen or if one will get left out etc. If you have the space to expand to a group of 4 or to split into 2 pairs then you at least know that you have a back up plan. I would recommend not looking on Craigslist in future as there will always be these piggies that need "rescuing" and we can't save them all unfortunately

I am able to both expand to four or split into pairs if any problems were to come up. Is there anything different in the introduction of a third than there is with a pair to look out for or to accommodate for them?

Not particularly just more characters/personalities to work with. Just make sure they have plenty of space
