Admiral Jellicoe has a new friend

So with the sad loss of Toffee, I am pleased (so far) to announce that yesterday I made a lovely visit to Helen at The Potteries Rescue and made a successful bond with Treacle. He wasn't the first piggy we tried him with however, the difference in behaviour was so vast it was a big thumbs up.

After leaving some some nice items for the auction, the boys made a return visit to me in East Staffs and carried on their boy bonding. Its all going well. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of them together yet, as I wanted to leave them to it.

I will add a photo soon, but I'm just generally relieved they have a friend each.

Let's hope it continues.

If it all continues to go well then yes...continuing a naval theme he'll be called Admiral Beatty. But I'm just be cautious for the first week really.
I can blame the hubby for the names!

Yep I'm really chuffed, I thought it was touch and go this week, but tonight I was super chuffed to see Treacle/Admiral Beatty come straight up and plonk his paws on the side of the veg bowl and help himself to the parsley on offer. No running away, no running away from Jellicoe.
