Hey guys! I just wanted to share that now Acorn has recovered from her fungal infection we have arranged to take her into a rescue on Sunday for a matchmaking service, they have reserved us a cute male (neutered) who only has three legs! I’m not sure what to expect but if they get along it’s going to be a good experience, I am going to miss the one on one time I have been having with Acorn but I think she is going to be a lot happier!

Update: the rescue called today and have informed us that treacle suffered impaction and is not eating or moving so they can not rehome him. It’s gutting because I would have loved to rehome him. So I guess the search continues.

That's a shame! Did the rescue say they couldn't rehome him at all, or just not now while he isn't in full heath?

They were quite vague but thought it could be a while until he gets better.
