I posted earlier in the week that Daisy is quite a moody little piggy and Blackberry is so much more cheeky with a really sweet character.

Well, we had them both out in the indoor pen tonight and Daisy mounted - yes mounted - Blackberry and was nuzzling her back! Blackberry was not impressed and she was walking off and rumbling as if to say "sod off". This happened a couple of times and my little girl was getting upset as she thought Daisy was biting Blackberry!

I have returned them to their indoor cage and as I am typing they are still at it! But then they go off popcorning together.

Is this aggressive behaviour? I've never seen the mounting before! Its like she was trying to pin her down to attack her!

Wot du think?

One of them is probably in season, this is normal behaviour between sows :)

I was wondering if that was the reason. Will keep my eye on them. But she's defo got a cob on!
