one of my male guineas has something hanging out of his bum it looks pink fleshy i know its not his male parts
 
You going to have to be a little more precise. What does it look like/feel like? Fleshy, soft, hard, looks like a pouch etc. Could you post a picture? I think the best advice to give you is to get him down the vets. :-\

Our guinea pigs Rimmer has been neuted and his parts looks like that constantly.
How old is your pig?
 
Randy is a year old and not neuted.
No discomfort but i have not noticed it before
 
Was it after a few poops? Tonni's does that after an impaction clear out. Titch too but after he has been rumbling after the girls
 
he has done some poops while i was taking the pic but its was like it before i took the pic
 
It doesn't look like there is anything wrong from the picture to me but if you are unsure I would get him to the vets, better safe then sorry. :)
 
I'm sure it'll just right itself :)

If you notice any change - blood, swelling or any pain then I would take him to the vets :)

I am sure it is fine Rimmer always looks like that. Edit to add always looked like that since his neutering and did ask about it at his pre op check.
 
Its whats delightfully known as Cauliflower Penis - its where his penis comes out of not part of his bum. Lots of boars seem to get this and it comes on from nowhere. Is nothing to worry about though.
