So pleased you found some sweet pigs! I would have been showing you ginger pigs too that's what we seem to have in Wales at the moment!

Congratulations and look forward to seeing you on here more

However, there were a few I liked at your place! ha ha! If you were closer......;)

Congratulations on finding your piggies and for giving rescue piggies a forever home! You've got two lush piggles there! Rosie sounds a lovely name :)) x
ps. looking forward to hearing how they settle in and to seeing lots of pictures! x

Fern is sweet too but I think that would make me think of the other mum Fern who I also really liked! oh no, now I'm thinking of her and mum Clem again and hoping I made the right decision!

Oh this is wonderful news! So do you have Charlotte and Rosie now?

I booked them today, we can have them in 4 weeks when the little one - Rosie? - is 6 wks old. Really excited!! 4 weeks isn't too long tho - maybe longer to an 11yr old!

Oh that is so exciting! It is a long wait if you ask me but so worth it. It is lovely little Rosie can get to stay with her mum. Have you a home all ready for them?

I've ordered it from Zooplus so should be here early this week! Gives us plenty of time to set it all up anyway!

I DID get that one! The 'small cage Rd5?' or something, but yeah it's the one on wheels that 122cm L with the pull-out tray.

What's it like? We have a cat so had to go for one with a 'roof' (rather than c & c). Have you had any probs with the tray falling out? (that was the only negative thing i read!)

I am so glad there's a thread, will have to look at that when it arrives, thanks so much for letting me know!!

piggy advent calendar - 26 days to go!

I was thinking Fern (one of the other characters from Charlotte's Web) but Rosie is a lovely name :)
You need a piggy advent calendar countdown :))

That is such a good idea! My daughter is telling me every day how many days to go....26 days to go!

Hi, it's a great cage :) the tray sometimes slips out when you've pulled it out more than half way (but I only do that when cleaning out and my piggles aren't in it!). Be careful to check the plastic base when it arrives, mine was damaged on the corner. The company was good about it though, I sent a photo and because it could be glued back together they gave me quite a large discount :) They did also offer a complete replacement. I use just 1 of the levels and a ramp to give extra space for zooming around and I did cut up an old tea towel to put on the ramp to make it easier to get up and down!

ps. top tip.....if you put it together with you on the inside then you get trapped!{:|:{:red x

Oh I'm so glad, I spent aaaages reading about different cages and reading reviews, so that's great to hear. Putting it together sounds...er...challenging! so will definitely get my husband on that one! ha ha! maybe he'll get trapped inside {:|

Are you in south wales too? If so, are you the member that helps Suzy with fostering?
