Advice On This Cage?

I seen a member on here post a pic of this cage and I really want to have the same one so getting my hubby to build it for me, just wondering what bedding to use in it and will ventilation be ok? Also as the bottom is wood would pee leak through it or anything?

I agree with the above.. Also my cages are made from wood and I've not had any problem with wee leaking through, though I've got some plastic like stuff to protect it

I think that maybe bars would be better at the front instead of plastic? Plus you can give them little head strokes through the bars then and dont have to open it up everytime. I'd miss giving my Amber head strokes everytime I walked past her cage through the bars

Oh forgot to say - you can get lino tile things to put over the wood
