Bella had a wet backside earlier and it smelt like wee but was on her rump somehow as well? Weird. Anyway I have given her her first bath to freshen her up.She was very very good :smitten: I just did her back end as it was first time.

Now I have a half wet guinea wrapped in a towel. The sun has gone in so how is she going to dry?

Hairdryer on low heat? Just towel dry? Any advice please before she goes to bed for the night? Thanks x
 
Towel dry first then hairdyer on low setting. I always turn on the hairdyer for a minute first so they get used to the noise and are not too startled. Dont put it too near her O0
 
My old gp used to love being dried and then hair dryered after a bath ;D

He used to back up to the hair dryer if you weren't paying attention.
 
She did NOT enjoy the towel drying - she squeaked like mad! Quite liked the hairdryer tho!

Her hair has got very long and thick on the back of her, almost sheltie? like (maybe a sheltie x), and I thought she was a short haired - I'll try and put a pic on tomorrow to see if anyone knows what she is
 
OK, have taken fresh shots of Bella to see if we can unravel the mystery of what she has turned into ;D

Well mine both have white undersides -- nightmare!

So they need a bath pretty regularly - and they aren't well behaved for me!

But they like to be towel-dried and then a hairdryer on a low heat. (They enjoy the air through their fur!)

I have left mine to dry on their own after using a towel - but only really if it's an especially nice day.
