A friend of mine has a sick piggy and is currently snowed in so cannot get to the vet.
Piggy has recently had a uti and was on Metacam and antibiotics- vet also recommended cranberry or apple juice.
Said piggy is now bleeding from her bottom and not eating. A phone call to the vet has meant she’s allowed more painkiller but not antibiotics (prescription?)
I’ve told her how to syringe feed with mushed pellets and said to get to the vet as soon as possible.
Is there anything else I can suggest until the roads clear?

No, you have done the right thing; syringe feeding and increased painkillers for maximum support and comfort are best. Ask your friend to make sure that she is keeping her piggy warm but not hot and give the option to get away from a source of heat once it is feeling overheated.

Bleeding from the anus is a very worrying symptom; any acute bleeding is; I hope that it is just a stone. I am very sorry that it is happening at the worst of times. Please ask your friend to keep an eye on the peeing; a blocked urethra or ureter can lead to a very quick deterioration.

Hopefully we’ll have a thaw and they’ll be able to get her to a vet soon
