advice please

I've just changed his towel i noticed there was a tiny drop of blood when i checked him it look s like its from one of the stitches. he isnt bleeding and there is no swelling is this normal?
 
I would ring the vet about it My piggie was done on Monday but they use glue at our vets Hils and shaz both used the same vets this week all for neutering. None of our 4 piggies had any problems Hils two got the all clear on Monday my boy got the all clear today. Hope all is well
 
JD looks fine down below,I think the glue idea is amazing
its restored my confidence anyway
