I just purchased my baby a few weeks ago at our local pet store , and I just noticed she has a bald patch and I'm really concerned, does anyone know what it may be and how to treat it?

Could be a fungal infection, possibly ringworm. It looks as if your piggy has been scratching it.

A trip to the vets would be in order to get a confirmed diagnosis
 
Agree that looks like fungal but it can be dangerous to treat without a vet diagnosis as it could be mites and you must treat for the correct thing or you could make things much worse -
 
I will get her is as soon as possible!
With the holidays no vets will be open sadly, should I avoid touching her? And I also have another and they live together. I'm scared she'll catch it too?
