I had to say Good Bye.

I had a sad night last night, I went to weigh Esme. I put her on the scales only to read she weighed 55 grams. 900 gram weightloss is quite good going :)).

Yes, you guessed it. My piggy scales went to the bridge 8..., Not only did they have me spot Bette's illness, before she was very ill. They also saved my boy Fred from some horrible toothache. I don't think I would like my teeth growing into my cheek, bet you wouldn't either! My scales saved the day I was able to spot something was up before any signs were obvious nd my boy Fred was able to get his teeth fixed quickly.

People say they can tell when there piggy loses weight, there is no way I would notice a weightloss of 41grams in a week. Perhaps I would have noticed at 100grams, but that would have ment more pain for my boy and it could have lend to a longer recovery.

I love my Scales, infact I have been being careful with money this month but I didn't think twice about my new scales, they are essential for my sanity and my pigs well being!

I weigh my pigs weekly, at the same time everyday before dinner and I swear by it. I personally think it is the best thing you can do for your pig!

If you don't yet weigh your pig, please start your pig will thank you!

Weightloss is normally the first sign of illness!

Teehee, you scared me too!

I need to get some new scales as my girls don't fit into mine anymore! Any recommendations for me?

I bought the Purple ones today, they were £14.99 but have a 5 year guarantee. To be fair anyones will do aslong as the piggy fits.

You can get cheaper ones. I just liked the fact they were purple! :)). MY last ones were £8 and never let me down until they left for the bridge last night but they were well used!

You scared me too! Digital scales are on my pigs' Christmas list! Right now we have old school scales- they still work though!

I thought this was some kind of April fool then! With that title, you cant be putting titles like that!

Haha

The new purple ones look fab, the colour suits Fred. :))
