I checked my boar's ears today and there was something really odd. On one ear, on the inside, was like a bit hanging off but whenever I touched it he shook. On the other ear there was the same thing but more and a lot smaller. I'm really worried as my other piggie doesn't have this. Any advice? Thanks.

Are your pigs kept together it could be injurys resulting from a fight. Or some kind of infection.your piggy needs to see a vet asap.

Yeah, they are kept together. Okay, I'll ring in and ask if it's anything serious. Thanks, it may not be there tomorrow but I dunno

i doubt they can tell you what it is over the phone you need to take your piggy into the vet. If it is a bite it can quickly become inflamed and infected.

In the mean time you could try to take a picture to see if any of our members have seen it before :)

Haha! Lol, it was just dirt and he was shaking because it was attached to a bit of hair which was making him tickle. Bless him! Sorry guys :)
