Albany hutches

Have any of you bought a hutch from ebay shop Albany Pets? They have a hutch at the moment i am interested in but unsure of the company...

think milliekitten has used them in the past.
I don't like their attitude to be honest (read the snotty replies they leave to people on the feedback section). I think they might be a bit of a hassel to deal with if you had a problem.

Before i brough thistle hall, i was checking out ebay almost everyday and albany hutches looked very good. I only brought from p@h because if there was a problem i could take it straight back without sorting out a courier and having to wait.

Hiya,
I did get a hutch and run from them, the hutch itself is good but the free house, in my opinion, wasnt worth the money they claimed. They stated 5-7 working days for delivery, said they would email when dispatched they didnt and it turned up the next day. Luckily my dad was in otherwise it would have been returned and apperantly I would have had to pay for re-delivery. Also they didnt leave feedback until after I had, which I personally find very annoying as I payed straight away.

I'm shocked at how many negatives they have for a month! I would expect a couple but 40 odd a month, thats a lot of customers unhappy!

I like Pets at Home hutches the Lavander Lodge is fab.

A friend of mine had a problem with them too. Very slow delivery it was on a buy it now and they did not even have the item in stock. This was a year ago now. Once the item turned up all was well. I had my eye on a hutch from them around the same time and thought they were not worth giving my money too for all the hassle she had.

I bought from them with no problems. I bought a hutch and a run. Delivery was quick. There was a slight bit of damage on the hutch which didn't affect it at all. I e-mailed them and someone phoned me and they sent me some money back so I was impressed with the service.
