Bad news. Albus has pneumonia, and I don't know what to do. He has medication now, as we took him tot the vet this morning, but is there anything else I need to do to help him recover?

He is taking 'septrin co-trimoxale paediatric suspension 100ml'. No, he is not eating or drinking by himself and we have force feed stuff to use, but he is struggling even when we force feed him water. He is not moving that much and his breathing is fast and loud.

Poor Albus - he sounds a poorly boy 😔
Syringing water is a risky business... they can inhale liquid very easily. If you are worried about dehydration try thinning out the slurry a little bit more (this will be quite a lot of water anyway) and only do very tiny volumes at a time... even 0.2 or 0.3ml as he will be struggling to breath as he tries to eat. You can try offering water in a syringe with a drip on the end... my girl would wet her lips on this - you could see her tongue come out for it.
I'll be thinking of you - be brave x

If he isn’t eating then it is vital that you step in and syringe feed him. have you tried the techniques in our syringe feeding guide? @furryfriends (TEAS) posted a video a while back and I will look that out for you.

oh no, he's started shaking. I can tell this is no good news. I am desperate. PLEASE help.

If you are concerned about him please call your emergency vet to discuss his condition. I’m afraid he needs veterinary care rather than anything we can offer him. However we offer you our support. How long has he been poorly?

we only found out today, but I noticed something was off yesterday

There is no need any more. I think you know what I mean and I can't put it in writing yet.

I'm so sorry to hear your news.
We had an old girl once that got her nose splashed with water and she sneezed a couple of times (she was having her last shampoo for a fungal skin problem) but then she seemed fine, dried off, eating and drinking. The next day she was very rough and we rushed her to the vet - they said that her lungs were already full and there was very little they could do. She died shortly after we got back home. Now she was old, but our experience is that when things like this take hold it can be very fast. You did all you could so comfort yourself that at least he was in familiar surroundings that he felt safe in. My deepest sympathies to you and any piggies he may have left behind 💕

I’m so sorry you’ve lost Albus, you did everything you could have done to save him x
Sleep tight little man 🌈
