So once a month, MrS n I have date night. We have been out for dinner, and someone has has a few too many glasses of wine (that would be me). Now at home and continuing the night of romance we are watching recorded xfactor (go figure!). What I really want to do now is hug a pig but given that I am unsteady on my feet and brain I thought I would type this out as I don't think the boys would appreciate wine n garlic breath and red lipstick kisses!

:)) I hope you guys have had a lovely evening. I hope you brought home any Parsley garnishes from your meal out...

Nope - I go out so I don't have to share my food with anyone! No little legs making me feel guilty by trying to climb up my leg to get to the tasty smells!

It is lovely that you and your partner have date nights. I hope you had a nice time.

We (well, i) introduced date night about 6 months ago. We were in a bit of a rut, together for 9years, married for 5 and having spent the first 4 married years being broke and unable to go out. It's great to have even just one evening a month where we aren't thinking about what needs fixing, cleaning or saving for. The sad thing is we spend the evening wondering what the piggles are getting up to while we are out!

You need a pig sitter next time

Maybe leaving the lights on for them was an error!
Lol cheeky piggies, I didn't shut one of my boys hutch doors a few nights ago I was shocked to see i had left it open an hour later, I thought I would have to strip out the garage in order to find them both.....nope they were sitting happly in their hutch not bothered about leaving....I'm putting that down to the light being off in the garage at the time....fewww :)

Mine put themselves to bed. They never go into their bedroom during the day but once they have had 'night night nug nugs' at 10pm they go and tuck themselves in! And that is even when their hutch is standing open.
