ALDI 39p Veg for Piggies

Aldi currently have cucumbers,carrots and sweetheart cabbage on their super 6 for 39p - for us slaves onions,new potatoes and the white carroty things that are either swedes or parsnips or the other thingies I dont like:)>>>
 
Our slave went to aldis for some nanas for herself, and got us some 39p carrots and cucumber. She got white carrots (parsnips think she called them but I didnt eat them.) I think Mum said the girls did. (Not sure who these girls are but Mum says they arent spoiled like me) What a cheek.....Bertie......and Jeni and Ginger Fiz x
 
I like morrisons 50p range as well - bag of beansprouts, melon half, runner beans, cucumber half etc. Always in there buying something for them (:
 
I love buying veggies. As I am vegetarian I dont see anything wrong in paying money out for lots of veggies for me (hubby has meat and that is so costly. he had gammon steaks today and the 2 were £1.55 reduced!) so if my little piggies want to share that is fair enough!rolleyesrolleyes
 
xx>>> my piggy start wheeking everytime they hear a bag russle or the fridge door go! And if i come back in without any they just get louder! Especially wolly woo whos the smallest but has such a loud wheek! Even mr piggles joins in now and he hardly use to wheek! But since the new babies came he wheeks along with them!
I always pick up double veg and some fruit in the shopping and three piggies go through two cucumbers a week! They lve cucumber! The other veg normally lasts but the cucumber always seems to either jst run out before shopping day or barely make it to shopping day! And if theres no cucumber in amongst there veggies all hell breaks loose! There look for it and wheek!
Ive now tried cutting thinner peices then halving them,so hope this will work and the cucumber lasts until shopping day again!
My piggies wheek three times a day for cucumber! And again anytime the fridge goes or bags rustling!
So il deffo look into aldi 39p range! For my little piggies! (mind you they are still very young and growing)
 
My mum saw the cucumber for 39p and we stocked up on 3 cucumbers for our four boys. Much better than our usual Asda price at about 80p or so.:)
 
Charlie used to come out of his little house and wait by the food bowl for morning veggies. Now when I get up at 6, he's asleep in the bowl. Just to make *certain* he dosen't miss breakfast. I think he's been in there all night :))
