Thanks for that, its also worth checking out your local market and local greengrocer. We have an Exotic Fruit and Veg Store that sells herbs for 2/3 bunches for a pound. eg Dill, Coriander and Parsley. Then there are cucumbers @ 3 for a pound etc etc :)
 
Try to make sure it's organic though. I read that eating unorganic veg can cause liver damage, and their livers are well tinier than ours.
Plus it's best not to buy veg in packets from the supermarket, cause they are 'washed', which means the minerals are all taken out because of the agressive washing and blasting.
 
There is no evidence supporting that organic fruit of veg is better or healthy then non-organic. I think I will have to have a look in my local Aldi store. O0
 
I have to say i haven't tried Aldi but I know Herbie loves the Asda Parsely if its in the bottom of his bowl he throws everything else out just so he can eat it first lol.

I can't afford the veggies in packets LOL! Vit C content is lost when veg etc is broken/cut too :)
