Alfalfa hay?

Is this ok to give daily to my two boys. 5 and 3 months.

Won't be as a main hay but the odd handful to mix in with their timothy and meadow hay!

I would never feed alfalfa hay. It's supposed to be good for younger (under 3 months old) pigs as it contains calcium. Calcium is pretty dangerous to guinea pigs in general though. It's a good hay for rabbits but I wouldn't feed it to my pigs.

Good quality meadow hay or timothy hay is best. They're both good nutrionally but timothy hay smells/tastes sweeter so piggies generally prefer it.
