No; as long as they have unlimited good quality pellets. The actual extra amounts needed are comparatively small.
Ideally you feed the pellets twice a day in smaller portions than just topping up the bowl. Some youngsters are very scatty and can pee in their food! That way, less gets spoiled. You will soon get the measure of how much they roughly eat in a day.
Weigh all healthy piggies once weekly throughout their lives (it is a good way of monitoring their health). Start reducing the the amount of pellets very gradually when the weekly growth rate is slowing down. A fully grown adult piggy only needs about half to a handful of pellets.
