Alfies Cage Setup

Hello, just thought i would share Alfie’s cage setup. He is currently in a Midwest cage. Please rate my cage and write things you think should be added Feel free to post pictures of your cage setups in this thread. P.S I know i will have to get another hidey, water bottle, etc when Alfie gets a companion next month. Please be aware I cleaned Alfies cage Friday and he is very messy.

Looks a good setup.
You might need a larger cage for 2 boars- I believe boars need more space.

I have 3 sows in a 5x2 c&c cage with a 2x2 extension to make an L shape.
Usually there are 2 wooden bridges, 2 - 3 fleece snuggles & tunnels, a hay toy and at the moment a carrot cottage.
This gives variety to the girls.

I would definitely recommend adding an extension to the cage if you are getting another boar

You can join 2 Midwest cages together for 2 boars. @Lorcan did that.
But most important of all is that the bonding is done in neutral territory and that they are compatible.
