Junior Guinea Pig
A month or so ago Alice came down with URI, which seemed to clear up with a course of Baytril. However the symptoms have come back...
her breathing sounds really laboured. Vet had a good look at her, listened to her chest, said it didn't sound like it was in her chest. The vet then said she could have an allergy (possibly to hay)
She is on baytril again, and I'm seeing what happens if I don't keep her on hay. However she is by herself now inside, as the others live outside in hutches with hay. I can't afford to buy any other bedding. I don't really know what to do if Alice does have a hay allergy, and how do I know if she does or not?
She's really miserable being by herself aswell
