I am sure that Lola is eating some of her poo, too, as all piggies do! They eat special ones that are called caecotrophs and that contain vitamin C and bacteria necessary to help with the digestion of the grass/hay, so they are not lost to the body. Caecotrophs are produced at a different time to normal digestive poos and look and taste differently, too.
 
They are bigger too, so my best guess is that pigs feel when they are coming. I read somewhere that pigs produce about a 150 a day of them, which surely is quite the task to manage.

I'm pretty sure both girls are doing it, just one may be more secretive than the other.
You tend to get a bit of a phase for several minutes where they do these soft types of poops and then they just go back to their normal business.
