Two of my pigs get snuffly noses/congestion regularly from the timothy hay, tried switching to orchard grass but it didn't seem to make much of a difference for them and also made their poops very soft, so I just feed timothy hay now. I want to try some allergy medication for them but when I asked my vet they said to diagnose allergies and prescribe the meds they would need to do blood tests on them first, is this correct?
