lucky person
7 piggies @ 12 ! soooo lucky !
When i was about 3/4 we got 1 adult piggy n a baby rabbit in this amazing giant hutch with a mesh divider so they could see but not hurt each other. They were my mums responsibilty and my older sister (8) used to help her out. I use to try and help clean them and i really wanted to but i had really bad hay fever when going anywhere near them

i had to watch from the window. when i about 7 i loved grooming them so i had to take anti-allergy tabs but still my eyes went bloodshot , around my eyes was swollen n watered really bad and i couldnt stop sneezing. Worth it though

Squeek lived to 8 and died of old age and Whisker died at nearly 6 due to bad ear infection and that was very traumatic . After that we got thumper a grey and white dutch, who developed an abcess on his face . Very long and traumatic journey of vet trips and we had to get him pts 8... Cannot look at another dutch without tearing up like i am now . After him we vowed no more especially with my allergy. As stubborn as i am i beat the allergy by volunteering at my local rescue cleaning rabbits . Took ages but it improved and i totally forgot about it in the end and it was my mum that mentioned it lol.
I then asked if i could have a rabbit/piggy of my own, id do everything it needed... ' Your not old enough ' ... i was about 13/14
I then got a saturday job at 16 at the rescue where i work now and fell in love with a black lionhead who had been dumped when the family did a moonlight flit. hinted for 2 weeks about her then they gave in lol
I'm nearly 18 now and i now have my stroppy lionhead and 6 piggys.
Your very lucky to have soo many at your age but I'm kinda glad my parents were like that because i suppose they didnt know i was serious..
