Simba is approxmately 8months old (possibly less) and no idea how much he weighs.
Before:

24/7 supply of pellets (either Burgess or Science Selective)
24/7 supply of Hay (though not always FULL, but very rarely empty)
Every night...small bowl with Seasonal Baby Leaf salad and Parsley

Now:

Small handful of pellets once a day
24/7 supply of Hay (though not always FULL, but very rarely empty)
Every night...large (6inch wide) bowl with Seasonal Baby Leaf salad, Parsley and extras (currently Carrot and Florette)

His new veg bowl fits LOADS in, am I feeding him too much?

I don't think you are :) Is there any food leftover by the morning?

Why now only a hanful of pellets a day?

My pig Wilson eats about 2 small bowls of pellets and mix per day and I'm sure he would eat the whole bag if he could ;D
I dont think you are :)

Nope nothing left over except for hay.
I cut down to a handful of pellets as opposed to 24/7 pellets as I though it was too much.

He would probably only eat what he needed :) mine get 2 handfuls a day... sometimes more ;D

It's fine then. Mine all do have dry food available 24/7, only topping it up in the mornings :)

if he is eating all of what you give him than your not but if he is leaving food thna you be given too much

same here, then they get fresh veggies some on a morning and some on a t-time. I throw the veggies out if they havn't eaten them after so long.

That sounds like a lot of pellets to be eating in a day, if you don't mind me saying. Hay should make up a far greater % of their diet than dried food.

Sounds like a balanced diet for him. If he starts to leave some foods try others, he will let you know what he needs O0
Don't reduce the pellets or hay anymore tho, they're an essential part of their diet :)
