Am I Feeding Them Enough

I have 2 8 week old females
They have a litter tray of hay at all times (changed twice a day)
Pot of nuggets at all times too (changed once a day)
And they get a bowl full of mixed veg (approx 2 hand fulls) between the 2 of them once in the morning (7:30am) and then again in the evening (6pm)
But they beg and squeal for food all day long! Am I feeding them right?

Piggies are very good at begging! The amounts are roughly OK.

mine would eat veggies all day long if i gave in to their begging little faces lol ! i always tell them they have HAY all day long..... little monkeys !

I have a video of my 2 most prolific wheekers (Lucy and Oreo) standing on the rim of a full pellet bowl with red pepper scattered behind them wheeking their little hearts out.
I have learned to have a heart of stone when they shriek and popcorn every time I rustle a bag.
Eddi on the other hand with his silent begging and pleading eyes is much harder to resist.

Mine do the same. They have tons of hay in their cage and a bowl of food. We give them veggies in the morning before we go to work and some more at night. But they want food and treats all day long haha I read that piggies could eat all day if they wanted, so it's important to keep lots of hay so they can eat that since it helps for digestion and their teeth.

When I go into the rabbit shed (just to check their cuteness levels) I always pull them a handful of hay. They always start eating even though they already have fresh hay that they have been sitting on/next to!

I expect my soon to be guinea pigs will be just the same only with noises. Cant wait.
