I made up a 7 day list so I know they will get different veggies. Can you let me know if I made a wrong choice. I am always looking for something new to add but you read online that they can have this veggie everyday and then on another site it says that veggie is only for once a week so I am very confused, I wish you pros would post your 7 day week meal plans for us new guinea pig parents.

Monday: Orange Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Red Leaf Lettuce, Carrot, Spinage

Tuesday: Green Bell Pepper, Romaine Lettuce, Dandelion, Zucchini, Cherrie Tomato (2)

Wednesday: Red Bell Pepper, Red Leaf Lettuce, Parsley, Sweet Potatoe, Cucumber, 6 Blueberries and 6 Raspberries

Thursday: Mixed Bell Peppers, Kale, Both Lettuce, Spinage, Radish Leafs

Friday: Orange Bell Pepper, Romaine Lettuce, Dandelion, Carrot, Cherrie Tomato (2)

Saturday: Green Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Red Leaf Lettuce, Sweet Potatoe, Spinage, Radish

Sunday: Red Bell Pepper, Kale, Romaine Lettuce, Zucchini, Cucumber, 4 Small Strawberries

Thank-You for reading :))

Hi there, gosh definately ot once a week, most here will feed fresh veggies and salad foods once or twice a day. Your list looks fine to me.

That looks great :) have you tried broccoli? I alternate this with the bell peppers, mine love it :)

Thank-You guys that makes me feel better knowing that I am doing that right. Now to try and get them to trust me better. I tried broccoli once and they didn't like it then I read that they shouldn't have it so I didn't try after that. I will try again.

I agree that it would be excellent if some pros could post food diaries . It stresses me out trying to keep my guineas' diets varied and balanced. I feed mine twice a day .

Broccoli is fine in small amounts. Too much can give them bloat.

Mine won't eat zucchini (courgette) so I given up even trying

I give mine a few Brussels sprouts leaves. I read they're high in vit C they didn't like them at first but now they eat them. That's okay right?

Your list is making my pigs drool. Mine usually get a lettuce everyday, either red, romain, butter head or a mix. A Brussel leaf and a slice of bell pepper or cilantro and zucchini and I'm going to plant my own parsley in pots and bring in the house and lettuce also when it gets too cold out.
A couple times a week strawberry, blueberry or raspberry leafs, dandelion leaf and carrots. I alternate the sugary fruit and or veggie ect.
