I've read the detailed advice on food which is great but I just want to check I'm not overfeeding my piggies!

So today I've given them a small handful of pellets in the morning and the evening. They also got half a carrot, some cubes of cucumber and celery and strips of red pepper between them but I need separate bowls. And obviously they've got their constant supply of Timothy hay! They're still very nervous (adult rescue pigs) and are only coming out to eat when the house is quiet (they won't eat on me during laptime) so I'm trying to give them lots of lovely veg but am I giving them too much?!

Brilliant thank you I didn't know that about carrot! Are there any online examples of what they should be having over the course of the day, for example?

Check Guinea lynx. They have an example food diary and a list of okay foods to feed and how often it's okay to feed them :)

It sounds fine to me, but like @VickiA said, use carrot as a treat.

I feed celery, cucumber and pepper most days. Pepper every day usually as it's high in vitamin C.

Brilliant thank you, I'm thinking things like sliced greens are good for the vitamin C and herbs like parsley etc?

My daily salad is lettuce, radicchio, peppers, some other bits thrown in, these bits vary. But now I'm scared I'm underfeeding them?! Duncan's weight stays mainly steady, while Godfrey's seems to be steadying yet he weighs more,
Hmm, they've had the same amount for months and are healthy piglets, why do I stress? Of course, if we asked our piggies if we feed them enough they'd say no way:P
