Amazon cardboard boxes safe?

I was wondering if Amazon cardboard boxes are safe for piggies to hide in because I heard somewhere that they are sprayed with disinfectant?

Mine too! They particularly like the packing paper, which I stretch out and they have great fun rustling around under. So hope the paper is safe too
