Amber and Pearl

Hi All,

Here are some pics of Amber and Pearl we took them out this morning and snapped them. :)

What do you all think about them being Shelties? Or would you say Sheltie X, I'm not sure. I guess it is a waiting game! :)

Amber looks longer haired than Pearl, Pearl looks like Sephy whereas i think Amber may be a full sheltie! Only time will tell i suppose, Sephy has gone quite fluffy lately and does need trimming every now and then! they are gorgeous piggies :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: the ones of Amber remind me of lindsays Honey when she was about that age, Niki took a pic of her in a similar position and have you seen her hair now? :smitten:
 
You know the 2 of them woke me up at 2am this morning wheeking because they ran out of hay!...lol

I think Amber defo has the potential to be full Sheltie, Pearl is shorter and does remind me of Sephy :smitten: I'll search out Honey, actually I was thinking she was a little like Romey as well.

Pearl sits ontop of her igloo, so funny she is really springy! Now I know why so many say girls are funny. Flora joins in playing and Fleur just watches like the mother! :D
 
Pearl sounds the same sort of character as Bee or Sephy :smitten: a little monkey! Whereas Amber sounds like Maggie, naughty but tries to make out she's nice and copies everything Sephy does ;D x
 
Thanks Tatty, yeah Pearl's Himi is really coming in now. :) I just want to clean her nose all the time! :D She looks a bit dirty on her head because she has been rolling in hay!...lol

Thanks for digging that out Emma. I'm so out of the loop I don't know who deleted the pics! I searxhed out Lindsay's Xmas pics and can see she is like Honey and I can see Romey in her as well. Their ears must be burning now! :)

You know, I hate to wait for these things I wanna know now if she is Sheltie or not! :D

Haha yeah Anne she looks like a little Terrier sometimes. Aww and you know she can't popcorn properley. Sort of semi does it, she has an odd popcorn! Bless her shes too cute! She has tamed up since Wednesday and is a lot more calmer. :)
 
Both look like crosses to me :smitten: - the second def, but Amber could be a Sheltie, will have to wait and see :) Shes got a beautiful little face :smitten:

all the ones of her as a baby are deleted from photobucket and we all know who did that

Thanks Cherry, I'm so thrilled with them, love all my pigs of course but they are so special and tiny, I forgot what mini pigs are like!

We'll just have to wait and see but even in this past week Amber's hair has grown a lot!

Not sure about the pics either :-\ Thats why I have my own photobucket account. :)

Well I thought I'd update on how they are doing.

Amber and Fleur have really bonded. The pair of them are always in the igloo together, Fleur loves being mum to her!

Pearl and Flora, double the trouble! Flora used to be such a lovely little girl not any more! She's a little monkey and under Pearl's influence. Today they got some kitchen roll when I was cleaning the pigs out and started eating it! Amber comes in squeaks loudly at Pearl to tell her off then runs back to Fleur.

So looks like big sis Flora and little sis Pearl are going to keep me more than busy! ;D
 
ROFL Bee sounds just like these two! Pearl also sits ontop of her igloo like she is keeping watch and God help me if they run out of hay, she bangs her hay ball against the sides of the hutch even at 2am. ;D

Only just read this thread. Course i dont mind :) I think that Amber has a look of both Honey and Romey.

Really annoyed about her baby pics being deleted as well. My laptop died with them all on too. Got my own account now but it all later stuff. :(
 
It's such a shame Lindsay that your pics were deleted. I'm my own account too, Wiggle concert, Jason concert and Guinea pig, if anyone looks at my photobucket they will think I'm barking! ;D

Pearl's coat has got longer at the back, she seems to be getting more of a Sheltie look, still not convinced she is full Sheltie and she does remind me of Romey she is such a good girl and always telling Pearl off for messing about! :D

I think her eyes look similar to Romeys. She is gorgeous. :smitten: Just been grooming her tonight and her coat is getting really long. Def Coronet cross not sure what with though, have you seen the pics of her mum and sister and how different they all are?
 
I have...lol That's like Amber her parents are smooths! I guess it's all down to genetics. ;D
