Hi, one of my foster pigs, Bumble,(the black pig with his friend Ozzy) has this condition. He has crusts at the corners of his mouth. It doesn't bother him at all.ozzy and bumble 2.webp On my vets advice I have been bathing them daily with dilute hibiscrub, which helps but isn't healing it up. Has anyone else had a piggy with this, what have you tried? I cut up his veggies and avoid acidic fruits. Thank you. P.S. they are still waiting for a home!

You have to see whether it is bacteria or fungal that has got into the small cracks. Some piggies are more susceptible than others.
Morwenna did really well with itrafungol; the one time she had some mild one, it was fungal.
