Animal Electric Heat Pad

Just came across an electic animal heat pad on ebay (item name - Cat dog bed pet puppy electric heat pad heater mat SAFE). Has anyone used anything like this with their piggies? It has armoured cable and an internal thermostat, do you think it would be safe?

Personally I would stick with what I know is safe - Snugglesafe heat pads.

Hiya, I have just bought two flexiguard petnap pet heat pads, so the hard metal one not the vinyl one, for my rabbits who are outside (even though they dont seem bothered by the cold! for my peace of mind ) - with temps already dropping I wanted something bigger and more constant than my snugglesafes as I'm out the house longer than they last and it can stay freezing cant it in the day....it says its chew proof?... http://www.petnap.co.uk/acatalog/Petnap_Whelping_Boxes.html
