Hi and welcome!
- Your guinea pig needs to see a vet ASAP, as soon as she stops eating or is losing over an ounce of weight from one day to another.

- Please step in with syringe feeding and watering ASAP. Our illustrated step-by-step guide will tell you how to go about it and how to use what you have got at home in an emergency. After a day or so without food or water, the guts will slowly start closing down. Make sure that she also gets as much water as she will drink.
Complete Syringe Feeding Guide
Switch from weighing weekly to weighing daily at the same time to monitor the weight loss/food intake.

- Keep the area where she is sitting dry and clean, if necessary more than once daily. Keep her warm, but not hot, and as comfy as you can.

Hi, thanks for your replies, I have been hand feeding her and spending more time with her and she has picked up a bit so I will keep at it and take her to the vet early next week.

She is mostly white and is very dirty around her bum and back legs, should I bathe her?

Yes, please give her a gentle bum bath, just with hand warm water. She is obviously no longer able to do that for herself, so you may have to do it regularly.

Please control her food/water intake with daily weighing.

You can find a recommended UK vets locator on the top bar, but here is a link to recommended vets in other countries: Veterinarians - The GLX-Files

As the others have said I would get her to a vet ASAP. If she is in pain she is less likely to eat &this could also be the reason for the bunny hopping movement.
It could be a urinary tract infection (uti) the vet would probably give her
Antibiotics to clear the infection &painkiller to help make her more comfortable . You'll probably find this will help her appetite too :)

Well done on the syringe feeding. This will help keep her strong to fight her way back to good health ;)

If after her bum bath &dry she's still getting a sore bum u can put a barrier cream on her to stop her getting urine scald

She may be feeling a bit low without her companion -try getting her a baby friendly soft toy to snuggle up with. When she's well again it might be worth trying to get her a guinea friend from a local rescue? They are social animals so generally get on better with company :)

Keep us updated &welcome to the forum :)
Xx
