Whilst waiting for summer to arrive in UK the guineas spend a lot of time in the conservatory. Unfortunately ants have decided it's a good place for them. Are there are products that will deter the ants without harming the guineas ?
The ants have to go as the kitchen leads into the conservatory

As a temporary measure, you could try spraying F10 where the ants are and create a barrier where you don't want them to go. I've not tried it with F10 but have used normal antibac spray before and it stops the ants.

Those bait stations are really good.....we have used them inside and outside. When we put one in our hallway once, it was like an Ant-y nightclub.....there was a line of them trooping in there (not sure if they were getting little wristbands on the way in :)) ) on the night we put it out. By the next morning there wasn't even any stragglers left.

You can use a 50% vinegar solution to clean anywhere you see ants. It messes up their scouting train, so more ants aren't attracted. They also do poorly when sprayed with it. Dishsoap (e.g. Dawn) also works for killing them in a quick wipe, but it needs to be wiped up better to avoid having slippery soap residue spots.
