Anti-biotics side effects?

Hello

Dont know if anyone read the post but a few days ago my boars Chocco and Marvin had a fight resulting in Marvin biting Choccos lower lip. I took Chocco to the vet and got some anti biotics and everything seemed fine.
Today however I noticed that Chocco has a very large penis, think its inflamed but doesnt seem to bother him when i poke it (lovely image isnt it :P) anyways ive checked and he seems happy in himself, hes been eating and pooing...tho not as much as usual..probably due to his mouth hurting.

Does anyone have any ideas? my parents have gone on holiday at the mo and taken the digi camera so cant post a pic untill friday.
 
I would assume the inflamed penis to be unrelated to the medication since oral antibiotics would impact on the digestive system - the usual signs of antibiotic intolerance is loss of appetite, weight loss and diarrhoea. I am unsure to what degree antibiotics would affect the renal system, thus the penis.
