Hi I have read the advice on worming piggies but just wondered if anyone had used Beaphar small pet Anti-Parasite spot on which is for treatment for fleas, mites, worms etc. My girls have no outward sign of any problems but just wondering with the hot weather if it is a good idea to use this treatment or similar. Many thanks for any advice this is my first year with my lovely girls and would be devastated if they fell ill.

Hi Sarah,

I've used Beaphar successfully but to be honest, Xeno is better - dosage is more accurate but it's more expensive. I'd go with oral ivermectin if possible, cheaper and also easier to dose them by mouth (much less product needed). :)

Yep Ive just given my lot a dose of the Xeno 450 on the back of necks.
Where would I find the oral Ivermectin and how much is it?
I got 6 x Xeno 450 for £18.00 from Vet uk
