Antibiotics dosage

Guys I'm really worried about getting the doses wrong can someone please help me to work out how much of each medicine I have to give to each Guinea pig daily?

I have to give 0.4ml of Baytril per 1 kg once daily and 0.25 of Ronaxan per 1 kg twice daily.

I have 8 Guinea pigs who weigh as follows:
Starlight: 760g
Lentil: 995g
Peanut: 510g
Bear: 640g
Skippy: 630g
Legume: 955g
Shauna: 520g
Zelda: 505g

Thanks guys I'm terrible at maths and those are the only guidelines that I was given. Sorry if it's super obvious how much per piggie I don't want to get it wrong.

Lentil: 0.4 ml - 0.25 ml
Starlight: 0.3 ml - 0.17 ml
Bear and Skippy: 0.25 ml - 0.15 ml

I divided the weight groups roughly into whether a piggy is about 1 kg, three quarters of it, two thirds or about half a kg.
And then computed the dosages accordingly.

Sorry - Legume is very close to a kilo and can get the same dosage as Lentil.

I hope that grouping your piggies makes medicating easier for you!

If your weights are correct, then Lentil and Legume are the same weight and Legume would get the same doses Lentil would.

Edit: my bad, I can't read numbers properly apparently. That said, they'd still be at the same dose I believe, 50g shouldn't be enough to tip it either way?
