Antibiotics - How Long Between Doses?

Urgs I didn't sleep well last night and in my rush getting ready for work I completely forgot bumbles morning ab's. She's on twice a day & I'm nearly home so she will have some in around 5 mins so my question is:

Is it best to just give her one dose today and pick up with two from tomorrow or should I try and get a second dose in around midnight?
 
What one is she on? Personally I think they might be a little close together, I would give her the next one early in the morning tomorrow x
 
She's on septrin. My gut feeling is to restart tomorrow on two doses and not be so dozy again!

Am I the only one who wants to try septrin themselves? It smells so delicious
